Conference Announcement

The Annual Conference:

The Abu Dhabi Corporate Governance Conference is an annual event organized by ADCCG and has gained immense success and reputation since its inauguration in 2009. It has also attracted several local and international sponsors and engaged more than 1,000 attendees in the past 2 years.

Prior Themes and 2011 Topic:

The Conference that was inaugurated in 2009 covered various themes and topics over 2 consecutive years ranging from CG local codes and best practices to more specific topics dealing with the board of directors’ roles, responsibilities and effectiveness. This year, and subsequent to accumulating 3 years of data and observation from the local market and witnessing the launch of the R 518 and its results, we’ve decided to tackle issues that are beyond the mere compliance of companies with the CG code and focus on areas that are of strategic importance to any organization regardless of its type or size and highlight the sustainability of those practices.
